I really liked the comprehensive method USNews used to rank all states. Their rating considered typical state data such as population, GDP growth, educational rating, economic and racial diversity, etc.. Apart from these typical data points they also considered health care, education, states infrastructure, crime, opportunity, internet and public safety and the integrity and health of state government.

This year we decided to attend the July 4th fireworks at Delano, Minnesota. Delano's fireworks show is "oldest and biggest in Minnesota" , going strong since 1857.Delano is also home to The Peppermint Twist, a iconic drive in restaurant that serves awesome milk shakes. You have to try their original peppermint milk shake. Good food , shakes and quick service, go visit them.
The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden opened in 1988 and is now open after the recent removation. It is also the home of the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry. The sculpture garden exhibits over 40 collections from the Walker Art Center. For 2017 a few new sculptures are also added.
