Solvay’s PPS materials pass ATF compatibility tests

Solvay has recently reported that their line on PPS resins that are sold under the trade name of Ryton® passed a wide variety of compatibility tests in most commonly used ATF fluids. Ultra-low viscosity ATF fluids reduce CoF and help reduce frictional losses in a transmission system.

The manufacturing facility employed 650 employees, company has embarked on the "Robot Revolution" and now employs just 60 employees, robots performing the tasks of rest of the human workers. Company states that full implementation will result in the entire operation being supported by no more than 20 employees.
